Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Did this chiropractor discuss your X-Rays with you? Yes! I was given all the information I needed without having to ask Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Did this chiropractor pay attention to your problem area? Yes Did your treatments with this chiropractor eliminate your need for pain medication? No, but I need a lot less than before Was this chiropractor friendly? Yes

One thing I really liked, was that they kept me updated about where I was at in the recovery process, and how long before I would be fully recovered. It gave me more of an idea about how much time I could expect to be recovering, and encouraged me on all the progress I had made. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They customized their treatment for my condition, and it was very effective
