Ok, I got my car fixed from the private owned business. I don’t judge on location or looks of a building. I judge on work and craftsmanship. I took my car in February and got it in April. I hit three Deer. Almost totaled my car basically. I have a Jeep Cherokee 2019 (Black). Steven is the one that fixed my car and did a good job. Do not go here. My car was there for 2 months and today my insurance had it towed to another collision place because my car still wasn’t done. When the tow truck arrived turns out my passenger side window was busted out on top of the damages from when I dropped it off. And I was never informed of this matter and I still don’t know how my window ended up busted out. Stephen is very unprofessional he would continue to change the day of when my car would be ready. Terrible experience don’t even know where to start. My car was with them for months. When I would ask when can I pick it up they would give a lie and say it will be ready by Friday and that wasn’t even the case. Didn’t detail my car after repairs left the inside and outside of my vehicle a mess. Will never go to this place ever again. Not satisfied at all.
My car was placed in there three months ago due to hitting deers and he said he would pay for a rental car witch he didn’t and now told me to Uber it. I’m so beyond over this. If you can take your car somewhere else do so. Does not communicate and still don’t have a car.
