I'd give zero stars if possible. Brought my grandma in and the technician, I don't know how to describe her other than possibly Russian with glasses, has zero compassion or empathy. Zero bedside manor and her attitude sucks, snippy for absolutely no reason. I understand you get busy, but do better, hire people who actually care. I had a very Good experience, starting with the receptionist calling me to remaind me about the appointment and give me all the information that I need before showing up, very polite and professional, (Good job Andres) the technician also very professional , I recommend this place.
Fortunately I have not needed to use much health assistance in my 71 years.Recently had 2 appointments at Vascular Labs for an ultra sound and arteries testing. Was nervous as not familiar with health procedures. I am delighted this company is exceptional in all areas, reception, timing, technicians professionalism. I highly respect their intellectual abilities to run diagnostics to aid Dr's and nurse practitioners to assist in our health and life span. Big congrats to Mark who did my artery blood testing yesterday.🥰
