They got me in quickly for an emergency check, the technician was so nice, and oh my goodness, the ladies at the desk are absolute saints who are polite and professional even when confronted with the craziest and silliest scenarios!
I'd give zero stars if possible. Brought my grandma in and the technician, I don't know how to describe her other than possibly Russian with glasses, has zero compassion or empathy. Zero bedside manor and her attitude sucks, snippy for absolutely no reason. I understand you get busy, but do better, hire people who actually care. Stop just pushing people in and out like they're just a number. I understand that's the world we live in now but be the change. I had a very Good experience, starting with the receptionist calling me to remaind me about the appointment and give me all the information that I need before showing up, very polite and professional, (Good job Andres) the technician also very professional , I recommend this place.
