I had an incredible experience with Kitchener Waterloo Midwifery Associates. As a first-time mom, I wasn’t prepared for how quickly my contractions progressed, and I ended up having an unplanned home birth. I only have positive things to say about KW Midwifery. Meila was such an amazing supporter during my first pregnancy. I had a specific birth plan in mind, but due to certain circumstances we had to change it while I was in labour. During those changes, I felt calm and confident because of the trust I had in my midwives. Just finished up my care at KW midwifery today and I am so sad to say goodbye! I had such a great experience here with my pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I had Eloise as my primary midwife and Heidi was present for my birth. Heidi was amazing and so encouraging during my delivery. Eloise was so calm, non-judgmental and caring for my pregnancy and postpartum. She helped me with breastfeeding as well since I found it tricky in the beginning. I had a fantastic experience with Min and Eloise who followed my pregnancy, birth and postpartum care. I had very good experiences with other midwives at the clinic too. I felt supported, cared for, well informed and prepared for my experience. 10/10
