I have been renting at this storage facility since shortly after it opened. Having rented at other storage units in the KW area, this one is by far the best experience I have encountered. As a new client to Kitchener Self Storage I can't express enough how happy we have been with the "move in" process. Site manager Delia is absolutely fantastic and continues to go above and beyond and sets a very high standard of what self storage hospitality is all about.
