This was my first visit to Dental Specialty Group, referred by my Dentist for a challenging proceedure. The appointment was about investigation and consultation. The attending Technician was a consumate professional, patient and thorough in her explanations. Absolutely amazing experience at Dental Specialty Group Kitchener! They took immediate, thoughtful care of my son and made him (and I) feel safe and comfortable the whole time. This has been the most successful dental visit my son (4) has ever had. As a parent, that level of kindness and attention means everything. We left feeling completely at ease and so thankful for their patience. We definitely found our children’s forever dentist!
Start to finish was a great experience. Always being advised what would be done next, and the very professional staff completed the procedure quickly and pain free.
