"We pride ourselves on short wait-times as we realize the debilitating impact of chronic pain." -their website Your wait time? TWO MONTHS. Talk about hypocritical.
I have been coming to Dr.Chan for close to a year and he has helped me so much. The staff are so sweet and helpful. I feel fully supported and am so grateful to have them as a part of my care team.
I am so happy that the Kitchener Pain Clinic exists. Living with chronic pain affects quality of life with our families, and something as simple as being able to clean your own house! Without this clinic, I would have to rely on pain meds which cause lethargy and prohibit me from getting to swim class for exercise and being able to keep up a tidy house.
