Lovely people however our night started out with our wine order and out came pino noir served cold in chilled glasses😳 It was rectified. The owner had a young man assisting in the dining room who knew absolutely nothing about the food or how to serve. Btw don't expect Bread. One of us ordered a pasta dish with shrimp. Very small portion and absolutely flavorl. Two of us wanted the snapper dinner but it was labeled Whoe Fish so we went with the Hogfish. Guess what? Absolute perfection! If you have never heard of or tried sous vide way of cooking this is an excellent place! We are definitely coming back!
Organic creative, one of the best restaurants in Naples along with IM Tapas. Run by a passionate couple. Pasta is all organic 100% semolina from Italy no water just organic eggs. No cutting of corners here.
Cannot say enough good things about Kitchen 41. The Proprietors, Barbara and Domenico are so passionate and knowledgeable about their sous vide style of cooking. Thank you ever so much for a relaxing atmosphere, tremendous fare and fabulous service. A wonderful private party of 14 will never forget you and how you made us feel like family. Cannot wait to return. In the mean time know I will be saying wonderful things about Kitchen 41.
I enjoyed eating at Kitchen 41 very much. I had eaten there about six times before I left Florida and look forward to eating there again when I get back to Florida.
