This restaurant was a high light of our recent trip to Naples. The technique they use for cooking keeps the flavor of the food full and vibrant. We had the scallops as an appetizer and were blown away by the intensity of the flavor. My rib eye steak tagliata was juicy and tender. Will be difficult to eat steak elsewhere after this experience. Amazing ! You won't be disappointed . Seriously one of the best homemade pastas I've ever had , such a great dinning experience we encountered . They use an amazing technique for cooking that brings out the true quality of their food/ingredients. Not to mention the Italian hospitality we received from the moment we walked through the door. Owners definitely made us feel like family & can definitely tell they put their heart and soul into their food . This place is a MUST try !
