We are so happy with Stone World! After getting several quotes from different companies, Stone World not only had the best price, but they were fast, efficient, professional and friendly. Victor was fantastic to work with and very accommodating. The entire process was painless. We had a great experience with Stone World. Victor was thorough and attentive from the moment I walked in the store front. You can tell the business has an efficient system of sales, template creating, and removal/install. Each team was on time, respectful, and professional when they came into our home. They even ran into a issue in our home, where the floors weren't level, affecting the cabinets, which in turn affected the granite countertop. I had the pleasure of working with Victor. We spoke over the phone and i came in right away. I was pleased with their selection of granite. We had our counter tops measure on a Friday, picked out a granite on the following Monday and they were installed on Tuesday of the next week. I was pleased with how fast it was done along with price but most of all I was pleased with the results. I highly recommend Stone World to anyone who in the market for counter tops. Great job
Nothing but positives to say about Stone World. From the first to the last. We met Victor in the show room and he was so helpful and patient in showing us the options and styles of counter top granite and helping us pick out the stone slab on their lot. He even took it in stride when I kept changing my mind lol. The template and installation went smoothly and we love our new counter tops. Great prices and variety of stone. Very knowledgeable staff and installers. Will definitely recommend to others.
I worked with Victor and he was very professional and knowledgeable. Our granite in the kitchen turned out beautiful as well as the quartz in our bathroom.
I found a gorgeous quartz remnant on their yard, thought the quote was reasonable and their ability to meet my fabrication/installation deadline both a relief and a surprise since I gave them such a tight project timeline. I would definitely shop at Stone World again.
Worst company to do business with. I recommend avoiding this company no matter how cost affective they are. You get what you pay for. (....or don't) Here are the two issues I had: 1. My quartz for the kitchen island came in and the corners were rounded. I had specifically asked for square corners/edge.
