I want to like this place more than I do, but just can’t. I’ve been there several times due to location and price (close by home and not overly expensive). So far I’ve gotten one manicure and two pedicures. While the manicurist did an awesome job on my full set I will say she took over 2.5 hours. I was satisfied with the nails but felt so bad for my 10 yo who went with me. The pedicures were just ok. I opted for the tropical one time and the green tea the next time. 1/5 stars. The owner was sweet and I tried to give her a chance to correct the problem… but she ignored and never got back to me, resulting in the review. I came in for a much needed relaxing pedicure and manicure as I was in town for work. They were short staffed so I was patient and waited for a scheduled visit for about 30-40min, again I was fine w this as I understand staff issues.
