I wish I could delete the one star! It has been a while since going to this salon. Today at 11:41 am I called to make an appointment with Julie! I was told with the girl who was answering the phone that she is off today. I requested an appointment with Josie, who I had good experience with her one time. Jennifer was lovely. She always asked if I liked my nails. She’s outstanding at what she does! Consistently ensures that it’s exactly what I want and takes her time! These are gel nails!
I got under-nail infection after doing gel pedicure at this location even that Brokaw location was always fine with this. The salon didn't try to investigate. They didn't want to remove the polish at once because they were too afraid. Finally removed nail polish for free. Awful service, they don't take care about the customers.
Tina was extremely thorough and kind during my pedicure service. She was communicative throughout each step! I will definitely be back! A huge thank you to Tina for the exceptional customer service!
