I’m certain friendly service is not on their radar. Very snappy and opinionated. Minimal choices - unwilling to help find more. Pushes what they have in stock. Back splash had gap so they filled it in with the clear glue and made the entire install look messy. Cost was WAY OVER estimate!!!! Read your contract because they are unwilling to work with you. Would not recommend.
