We had an outstanding experience with our master bath and wet room renovation. Everyone we worked with at Kitchen and Bath Mart was warm, professional, and incredibly easy to communicate with. They returned calls promptly, showed up on time every day, and delivered the project on budget. The design phase was a joy. We worked with Kristi to design our bathroom and kitchen remodel. Both were excellent experiences! Even with taking everything down to the studs, our bathroom was done in 9 days. I appreciated being only assigned two installers who did everything, instead of having to bounce around between people. They were punctual and kept us informed of how late they would work to set themselves up for a more efficient work schedule the next day. Excellant work from start to finish. Remodelled 3 bathrooms. All planning was excellant and very well communicated, all work was done prefessionally and in a timely manner. Krysti helped us as a designer initially and helped plan the whole thing out for us along with contracts, design artificats and payment plans. The construction teeam after that communicated with us very effectively during the contruction phase. Would definitely recommend them. They did a great job with my kitchen remodel. They are very customer oriented! The installer Bogdan is fantastic! It was pleasant working with Christi. The owners are very concerned to make sure that their customers are satisfied!
