Excellant work from start to finish. Remodelled 3 bathrooms. All planning was excellant and very well communicated, all work was done prefessionally and in a timely manner. Krysti helped us as a designer initially and helped plan the whole thing out for us along with contracts, design artificats and payment plans. The construction teeam after that communicated with us very effectively during the contruction phase. Would definitely recommend them. They did a great job with my kitchen remodel. They are very customer oriented! The installer Bogdan is fantastic! It was pleasant working with Christi. The owners are very concerned to make sure that their customers are satisfied!
I used Kitchen and Bath Mart for our master bathroom remodel. We purchased the cabinets, and all the tiles from them. They were very efficient and accurate with the predictions on the lead times for the materials. When I realized that we were short a little on one order of the mosaic accent tiles for the shower walls they were able to do an expedited order and it was delivered directly to my home on time. Kitchen & Bath Mart did a great job. We started at the Palatine location. From the moment we started picking out materials with Krysti, it was a positive experience. They did what they said they would and they beat their estimated timeline. Just shy of 3 weeks for a year down to the studs and remodel. When surprises popped up in our old house, they explained the problem and gave us the options and costs estimates to fix them.
