Our house was flooded during Hurricane Mathew in 2016. Besides replacing walls, floors, and heating &air condition system, we had to replace our kitchen cabinets. I SERIOUSLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE WHO DEMANDS QUALITY SERVICE. Initially the staffs gives the impression that know what they are doing however, they are capable of many mistakes that will cost you dearly. Their computer system is unreliable and their staff is unprofessional, impolite, and belligerent when confronted with irregularities and workmanship. They lack customer care once they have your money and literally refuse to correct any errors in design or installation with additional cost to the customer. ... read more
Constant mistakes, lack of skills, communication and knowledge throughout the project. New kitchen (for a townhouse) cost us almost $10k and we would expect professional installation in a timely manner (which was supposed to be 4 days, not 3 weeks!). First of all, workers prepared walls for the wrong size cabinets - 36' instead of 42' - thanks to my husband who have noticed it and pointed it out to them. Star Chen is simply a real professional. I needed a vanity granite countertop and she gave me a great price and it looks just awesome. I will be doing my other 3 bathrooms with her as well. Thanks for your honesty and professionalism.
