They started and ended the project and each day on schedule, using crews who were cheerful, polite, and tidy. Design process: efficient, good taste, and listened patiently to owner ideas. When small old spaces required going to "plan B" on design or implementation, KBD was quick to suggest and implement possible alternatives.
