Wow. Incredible, efficient, kind service. I did a bathroom reno in 2014 and had great service from Scott, and then this past month I returned for our next reno and dealt with Samaa and I was blown away with how amazing she was at her job. Thorough, listened, and really HEARD my concerns and worries with finish, style and pricing. Samaa put together some beautiful ideas and presented them to me patiently while I made my decision. I think the key to a good experience when selecting fixtures is the person helping you. My 5/5 star rating is due to how much wonderful help and guidance I got from Samaa. We are doing a bathroom renovation and I came in many times to check on fixtures and measure things, she was always there to help and answer my questions, she was very organized and knowledgeable. She communicated with me so well in person and via email and phone also. I would highly recommend working with Samaa!
Great experience always when I’m dealing with the staff, the showroom is huge and filled product (ignore the pics above it’s been renovated).
Definitely not impressed with Kitchen & Bath. We’ve been into this store a few times and we’ve been pretty much ignored every time unless we approached the staff. The second to last time we were there, it was very evident the person we spoke with had extremely little knowledge of the products they were selling. Yesterday was the final straw.
