I think the key to a good experience when selecting fixtures is the person helping you. My 5/5 star rating is due to how much wonderful help and guidance I got from Samaa. We are doing a bathroom renovation and I came in many times to check on fixtures and measure things, she was always there to help and answer my questions, she was very organized and knowledgeable. She communicated with me so well in person and via email and phone also. I would highly recommend working with Samaa!
Great experience always when I’m dealing with the staff, the showroom is huge and filled product (ignore the pics above it’s been renovated).
Definitely not impressed with Kitchen & Bath. We’ve been into this store a few times and we’ve been pretty much ignored every time unless we approached the staff. The second to last time we were there, it was very evident the person we spoke with had extremely little knowledge of the products they were selling. Yesterday was the final straw. We walked into the store and the employee was eating her lunch with her head buried in her phone. The employee barely acknowledged my wife when she said “hi” to this employee and complet... read more
