The food was very good lobsters were big and juicy, But I'll server was was very slow with the service had to ask multiple times for items like hot butter got one of the orders wrong and had the nerve to say that's what you ordered he seemed overwhelmed and said to us he only have 2 feet and hands meanwhile we were admiring the other server who was giving fast and great and service with a smile to all of his guest , I'm been in the business so I know how it can get but it's all in the way you handle it and talk to your quest... read more

What they do to the gratuity is actually a bait and switch with the check. For example, they will automatically add 18% gratuity to the original bill and then cash you out with another receipt that has a spot for an additional tip. Very tricky beware.
