Come for lunch it's cheaper and the specials are great. Best is Friday for the garlic salmon. If you come for dinner check the board thy often have live shrimp and yellow tail collar
Try the maguro sashimi - it's delicious!
Kitayama was such a great place for dates few years back. The furnitures are a bit worn out, but the court yard still pretty. Most surprising was their vegan option! Very innovative and delicious.
The sukiyaki comes out on an individual heating tray. Fun to eat, and tasty, too!
Terrible Japanese food.

The Three Kings Roll is great!
Go for the lunch specials and call ahead for a reservation. This place can get pricy and crowded. I enjoy their organic teriyaki chicken with sushi and salad. Yum.
Try the cucumber rolls - Great food, The bartender Ted is the best! Sit at the bar or outside and have a glass of wine with dinner!
