0/10 it is so unsafe where i live. and they never ever answer the office phone. ive left messages and called several times as i am trying to move out and have some questions. im starting to think their maintenance doesnt exist because i had to harrass them in order for anything to be fixed in my apartment and it didnt even get fixed for months after i already fixed the issue. these people are slumlords and just as bad as beal properties. do not rent here. horrible customer service and horrible living conditions.
I lived in their Laskey manor apartments last year. I immediately noticed my leasing agent there was a rodent infestation in my unit. No response. I dealt with it by getting a cat. Months go forward when it gets cold out and my heater starts turning on. I break into hives and a serious illness that causes me to go to the dr. I got a mycotoxins urine test and there was high concentrations of mold toxins in my urine. I had my dad check my hvac and it was horrendous. Put in a maintenance order over a month ago for leaking ceilings which are now breaking and caving in my apartment also for a broken toilet that doesn’t flush. Recently put in a second maintenance order in hoping they’d come and fix it but haven’t. Also outside there’s wires across sidewalks and hanging off buildings, holes in the sidewalks and just a safety hazard to the tenants and the children inside and outside

Unfortunately we do not own all of the units there and are not in control over the overall condo buildings. Please know we are CONSTANTLY following up with the head of the condo association.
Dont rent maintance ***** its slowly getting better asked to move recently due to healthy and safety matters of my unit said we could if we provide our imcome than a week asks us to vacate say we dont want to renew your lease and we dont need to give you a reason which I feel is wrong when all they care about is moving new tenants in making the building worse not caring to fix the whole building before they move anybody in. You also needed to complete the pet addendum provided you have approval from management for your pets. You unfortunately did not abide by your lease. You housed 5 cats without permission, nor did you notify the office. If I could would give them a 0. Constantly trying get over and charge extra if you do not pay attention. House unit was a disaster before I moved in. Place them in rent escrow due to lack care of premises and maintenance that was promised before moving. Things was still not fix properly or at all. Once I move out 110% left residents in better conditions. Somehow Im charge for multiple things when had professional come have help clean move etc. Keep receipts and documents everything for your sake. They ****!!!!

Worst imaginable living conditions. ******* who just shows Kit’s properties, will lie to you about anything to get a sale. They do not answer maintenance requests or even view them. I even tried texting her because the office can’t pick up and she replied it’s not her problem. I Have photos. I signed a place April 7th, 2022.
