We have a Thermador refrigerator and had David come out to replace the compressor. He's thorough and experienced... and extremely polite. He also explains everything so you can understand the problem as well as gives you helpful insights as to the proper day-to-day maintenance.

Kit Appliance Repair has repaired Thermador stove twice and done a great job both times! David, the technician, is great! He is courteous and quick to diagnose the issue and repair it. He wore booties when he entered our home, and even helped us clean the inside of our stove top since he had to open it up repair and had access. I highly recommend Kit and David. They are top notch and provide superb service!

Our Thermador built-in side by side stopped cooling the day before T-Giving. Called Monday morning, scheduled an appointment for the next morning. David came within the scheduling window - very professional, efficient. I had done my own non-professional sleuthing and came up with the same diagnosis. Replaced the inverter, and the labor charge was - I believe - in line with what I expected. Price for inverter was what I had seen online. Would have David back again.
