Lousy Cleaning and Stealing From Employee Desk – KISS was 'cleaning' the office I work at. They usually vacuumed, but not much else. Sometimes the windows were cleaned, the mirrors were never touched and they would occasionally wipe down the counters if they felt like it. Then we noticed things being taken out of desks after hours. This was confirmed after we set out what they liked taking most and confirmed that they indeed were missing first thing next morning. For marginal cleaning by theives, KISS is your company.

When something is stolen or misplaced the first words out of some peoples mouth is THE JANITORIAL COMPANY DID IT After being in this business for 20 yrs I have discovered after an investigation that 99.9% of the time, it is a co-worker that is the thief Why would we do it We know the finger will be pointed directly at us? This company is tops! – I have had K.I.S.S., Inc. as my janitorial service for some time now. I always renew my contract with them. I know the their price is competetive and the staff is very well trained. Their representative for my account visits on a regular basis. If there is ever an issue---which there rarely is---it is taken care of before I ever have to get involved. My office is clean every morning, leaving me one less thing to worry about!
Great staff, but cleaning crews need some work – Although their staff is very friendly and accomodating, their actual cleaning crews leave something to be desired. I gave them several chances to clean our small 1500 sq ft. business properly and was very dissappointed to find simple things like cleaning a desk and washing windows were still left incomplete or done poorly.

NUMBER ONE – FREE NO COST QUOTE. EASY TO UNDERSTAND CONTRACTS AND SPECIFCATIONS. FREQUENT INSPECTIONS BY THEIR OPERATIONS STAFF. I HAVE BEEN A CLIENT OVER 13 YEARS. THEY RESOLVE PROBLEMS QUICKLY. THEY DO 2 AND 3 YEAR CONTRACTS; THAT HELPS WITH BUDGET PROJECTIONS. I COULD GO ON AND ON.
