DON'T GO TO KISS CAR WASH!!! Went through the wash, tape on rear windshield came loose, brushes tore off wiper and they are not going to pay for it being repaired! Have been going there for years. Disgusts me, no responsibility. Is is their fault!

I’ve been here in the Portland area for about two weeks and I hadn’t gotten a chance to wash my car yet after the long drive from Katy, TX (bad move on my part) I stopped in here at Kiss Car Wash hoping for the best. Had a Free $8 carwash coupon yet was charged $4 to upgrade to the $10 “deluxe” wash. And it still didn’t clean the back of the car at all. See pic- dry and dirty. Even though there were 2 guys with brushes pre washing. Total rip off. Their car washing service is as good as their math.
Had the inside cleaning service done and tipped the cleaners only to find out it was half assed and the stole personal items out of my truck I’ll never go back. Also they will not return or pick up my calls.
The interior cleaning is half assed done, not worth the money!!! Car wash misses a lot of areas on my car. Yesterday I was blocked in a line of cars at the car wash and no employees to be found!!! They had been open for half an hour!!! I called no one answered requested a call back left on message NO CALL BACK no apologies from staff for waiting 5 minuets at car wash for an employee to decide to show up. I have a few more tickets for the car wash then I won’t be back!!!!
Not super clean worth the wash and interior for $20 ... too hot outside to do it myself. Thanks kiss!
