海外食で疲れた胃に優しい「日本のラーメン」です。日本人シェフの方はリトルロックでは食材が揃わないと苦労されてるようでしたが、たけのこの穂先を使ったメンマは目新しく味付けも再現されて感動しました。おすすめです。

Easily the best ramen in the state.
After living in Japan for 3 years, I can confirm Kiso Ramen is great Japanese ramen! The Miso ramen was really tasty and filling. The gyoza was delicious. All of the packaging and utensils made it a super easy meal to takeaway and eat at home but not spill in the car on the way. I also called ahead so my order was ready when I arrived which saved me some time. Will absolutely be returning!! Arigato gozaimasu!
