Zero wait time, very comfortable both in waiting area and in the exam room, all staff including Dr. Mike Kaiser were friendly and helpful, and I felt like I wasn't being talked down to which is one of my biggest pet peeves with medical professionals. I have yet to receive my orthodics so I will update my review accordingly. But my appointment went way quicker than they originally told me to expect so they let me wait without hassling me until my ride arrived.
Dr Mike is so sweet and knowledgeable and a perfectionist! He was so good with my 2 year old daughter and made sure her braces fit perfectly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Very helpful and the prices are good . After they help you , they are always available for any help afterwards.
Excellent people Francis and Mike are husband and wife team who runs Kaiser. After coming here from a much more cosmopolitan area of New England I was afraid the quality of medical care would leave me wanting. I was pleasantly surprised by Mike and Francis's level of care and their staff's pleasant professional demeanor. These are the people you want handling your prosthetic and specialized footwear needs.
