If I could give this office and Dr. Kiser 100 stars, I would! She is an expert as what she does and the entire team was outstanding!!
Dr. Kiser and her staff treat me as a friend rather than just the next patient in line. I am not the ideal dental patient. I am extremely nervous with even the simplest of procedures. I am reassured and not made to feel silly for the anxiety visiting a dentist causes me. I have received excellent care, as have other members of my family. They are always prompt and courteous, willingly to answer any questions, and explain the visit/procedure thoroughly. It's nice to not dread going to the dentist!
Disorganized and overfills.
Dr. Kiser refused service to me and my family despite our immediate willingness to pay a balance that we owed over the phone. Previous experiences were also unpleasant and uncomfortable. She said passive-aggressive and rude comments, often leaving me feeling bad about myself. Additionally, I was not satisfied with the work she completed and actually had an orthodontist ask me if I was satisfied with what Dr. Kiser had completed (inferring he did not approve of the work). I do not recommend. Her attitude discourages people fr... read more
I'd been a patient there for about 6 years and the dental hygienists there are wonderful as well as the receptionist. It wasn't until last year that I needed to get some fillings from Dr. Kiser. Since then, in about 11 months, both fillings have "failed" (according to a second opinion from another dentist) and I learned that Dr. Kiser did not gauruntee her work as most other dentists do. I just recently discovered that a friend's crown fell out months after she'd put it in. I would not trust her judgment or her dentistry ski... read more

I've been a loyal patient for years and have had nothing but the best care from Dr. Kiser and staff. That has since changed. I was charged $25 for a PPE fee due to COVID. $25 per person for an office that now only has 1 dentist, 1 assistant, and 1 hygienist. Come on now, that's ridiculous. No one mentioned this to me before my visit. And I know people that went to Dr. Kiser just 2 days prior and were not charged this fee. So they are being selective as to who they charge. The receptionist said she was told not to tell patien... read more
It's heartbreaking to write this review. I have been a patient for over 18 months - I've referred others to Dr. Kiser, including my wife. I had definitely been happy with the care provided. And then after a recent visit, while scheduling the next one, the receptionist indicated that she wasn't sure if the next visit would be covered under my insurance. I asked her to check, and she said it wasn't technically covered, but that she was sure they could make it work out under my plan anyway. But at
I had an appointment last month and the technician did a partial cleaning so that I had to be charged for two visits. And to add to my woes, I was given a less than 24 hr appointment which I couldn't go due to a medicine I took that made me overslept. I woke and called less than two hours of the appointment time. But instead of giving me another appointment, I was initially told that I would be charged $50 for no-show. I argued that no-show charges are $25, but I ended up paying $100. Duped!
