I love this place. It's one of my favorite places in the universe. They always have artsy displays. They put so much heart and effort into the place. The food and coffee are both excellent. Cute furniture and eclectic antiques around toys. Best atmosphere. And I adore cats and cat stuff is all over the place. It's so much fun.
HORRIBLE customer service, good coffee. I waited 5 minutes for someone to take my families coffee order. Then the workers proceeded to forget about the matcha I ordered even though I paid for it and asked me to prove that I ordered it. Overall took 30 min to get my matcha. One worker was even laying on the couch instead of working and taking our order. Also, they gave us straws with dust on it, seems very unsanitary. Would I come again? Maybe but only if the workers get a lesson on good customer service.
Kids and I love stopping at Kisa Cafe! Avocado toast, ice cream and coffee are always a hit. Wonderful selection of toys and more. Love the expanded parking lot and Pieces on Main two doors down!
Had Breakfast and caramel marchito coffee,was pretty good.
