Kirsty always weaves the most beautiful, safe space- sharing her knowledge and kind spirit, creating such a special energy within this busy life to pause, breath, and really nourish yourself with self-care. I came as I was and left as I needed to be. The weekend was a truly magnificent connection for me - with myself - with Kirsty - and other women - all who were also there for themselves - and able to also hold space for each other including me. It’s amazing how all of these layers can weave a fabric of connection that comforts the soul, mind and body when most needed. Thank you xx

I attended the Kinglake retreat for the first time and left feeling so grateful that I did. Kirsty creates such a beautiful safe space where you can truly slow down and simply be.
