I recently attended my 2nd retreat with Kirsty but this was my first at Kinglake. What a beautiful experience of yoga, movement, connection and self reflection The accommodation was fantastic as was the location. Kirsty goes above and beyond to create a warm safe space for all attendees. I would highly recommend this retreat to anyone who would like to dedicate some time to slow down, switch off and prioritize their own self care.

After some hesitation on my part along with soft guidance on Kirsty's part l attended a weekend retreat in Kinglake, although l felt l had pushed myself past my comfort zone by the end of the weekend l was so relaxed and proud of myself.
