Kirsty creates an amazing experience on her retreats, where you feel supported, connected and you have the opportunity to fully come back to the essence of who you are. It is a journey back to you, no matter where you are in life .
I came as I was and left as I needed to be. The weekend was a truly magnificent connection for me - with myself - with Kirsty - and other women - all who were also there for themselves - and able to also hold space for each other including me. It’s amazing how all of these layers can weave a fabric of connection that comforts the soul, mind and body when most needed. Thank you xx

I attended the Kinglake retreat for the first time and left feeling so grateful that I did. Kirsty creates such a beautiful safe space where you can truly slow down and simply be. One word to describe my experience at Kirsty’s retreat in Kinglake - Wholesome! This was the best thing I have ever done for myself ! The retreat exceeded my expectations and I didn’t realise how much I needed this weekend and meeting the other women on this retreat.
