Dr. Filizetti is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and easy to talk to. I greatly value my time working with her.
Very disappointed of this place i was seeking therapist help and denied treatment after 3th visit because i dranked 2 times in 2 months waste of time and money dont recommend this place at all.
The staff and services were 5/5 for my only visit, but due to a billing error, I cannot recommend. I notified my insurance that this office had incorrectly erroneously coded a visit for a day that I NOT even have an appointment with doctor, and STILL tried to collect a copay. The Doctor said that that she rated to collect the copay due to "work done on a Sunday outside of my visit." In the end, the Doctor waived the copay, but refused to acknowledge the error. Dr. Filizetti and her group are a top choice for testing in San Diego. They are ethical, prompt, collaborative, and really take time to ensure they get things right. They are also very warm and ensure people have a good experience. I appreciate them being in-network with many insurance providers, which takes time and effort. They are such an important resource for our community and stand by their work.
*Notice how many of her positive reviews are colleagues, not patients* I scheduled with this office, to see the therapist Patricia OBrien- we had spoken on the phone, emailed repeatedly about scheduling, and sent them my insurance information (2weeks before the appointment). I contacted this office for literally more than 3 weeks.
