When I chose Kirsten von Pechmann to be our Colorado realtor, I had no idea how lucky I had gotten! I did my research, yes. I felt good about the fact that I was choosing a great realtor. We happened upon kirsten and she was nothing short of amazing. We were planning a move from Florida to Colorado so everything was done long distance. when we were in town to look at houses, she was extremely helpful and always available! even when we made a second, out of the blue trip out to the area.
