Easily our family’s favorite mental health provider. Chose her based on her listing on Psychology Today - specialties in families, neurodivergence, autism-and-a-neurotype-not-a-disorder, and teens! She’s helped us with ALL OF THAT and more. Very grateful.
Kirsten has been instrumental for me in getting over my past trauma from my ex husband. She has been kind, compassionate and supportive in helping me figure out who I am now and where I want to go in life. She helped me understand everything that happened to me and how to process and heal from it. Truly a great in her craft.
She is literally my savior. I’ve had two therapists and she was by far my favorite. I look forward to my appointment with her every week.
I can't say enough great things about Kirsten and her practice. It's a wonderful place for families, whether you're doing therapy alone or together, you won't find anyone who is kinder and more understanding. Kirsten has given my family tools we needed and given me a safe place to just feel when I needed it most. I would (and do) recommend her to anyone who is looking for a kind hearted, knowledgable, and overall amazing human to help them and their family.
Kirsten is among the BEST. She has been a blessing to our family, so much that we will probably keep working with her even when we don't necessarily "need" therapy.
