Everyone was wonderful from the check-in people, nurses, anesthesiologist to Dr. Kinsman. Great job!!!
I trust Mr. Kinnsman's medical care. She seems very knowledgeable and current in the GI field. I felt that she was either having a bad day or, like others have stated, she is not comfortable conversing. Most importantly though, she seemed to make decisions well about how to proceed in diagnosing a complex health issue. Her assistant was in a hurry to hand me the paperwork at the end of the appointment instead of going over it with me. Dr. Kinsman impressed me no end. She not only had read the records submitted from my doctor in Nevada, but she actually read the long questionnaire I filled out, and she asked me questions about it. I consulted three other health care professionals about my problem and no one knew the answer. She did. I am very happy as her advice works.
Dr Kinsman did a colonoscopy for me. After the procedure she explained to me very clearly what she saw and more importantly what she didn't see. When I left I felt like understood what I needed to know about my colon health including when I should return and why I shouldn't wait the normal 10 years
I had a person to person visit with Dr. Kinsman prior to scheduling my overdue colonoscopy. She was extremely well protected with PPE and conducted my visit in a very personal and caring manner.
She seems to have a lot of knowledge, but her communication skills are very poor. I had a diagnostic procedure. Afterwards she told me one finding. The materials the hospital gave me showed four findings. Basically, whether in clinic or hospital she gives the impression she hates talking to people and can't wait to get away from her patients.

Dr. Kinsman is great at her job. However her staff around her is terrible, they do not get back to me and all have I don’t care attitude’s. I was suppose to get another procedure done but they told me that’s not there job to get me to the right people. The Oregon clinic has thee worst bedside manner and nurse. They must all hate their jobs. I will never go back. I do not feel like a valued patient. Sorry Dr. Kinsman you are good but everyone around you is terrible and rude.

On time, very good within time I had scheduled. The nurse taking my blood-work was amazing. Recovery was quick and Dr. Kinsman came in and explained the polyps she had found and that we would be seeing each other in 3 years. Very good experience for me.
In 2000, through the use of a colonoscopy performed by Dr. Kinsman, I was diagnosed with colon cancer, for which I had surgery and chemotherapy. As a cancer survivor, I have had periodic screening colonoscopies, all performed by Dr. Kinsman. Over the last eighteen years, I feel that I have received excellent care from Dr. Kinsman and The Oregon Clinic, including my most recent screening performed in February 2018. I do not hesitate to recommend Dr. Kinsman and The Oregon Clinic.
