This sad excuse for a lawyer sure knows how to waste every ones time that unfortunately has the displeasure of working with (Myself, my attorney etc.) Nothing like waiting until the last possible moment and then extending things further! What should be a real simple, quick and quite common legal matter had turned into months of purposeful procrastination. I feel sorry for any one having to deal with this woman!
I would NEVER RECOMMEND that anyone hire Carolyn Barone. She happened to be the attorney we had the displeasure of working with. She was completely unprofessional and disorganized to the point my own attorney was embarrassed for her actions or better yet non-actions. She would show up most of the time late, like she just rolled out of bed, her paper work with incorrect figures etc. That is when she did in fact show up! Carolyn doesn't mince words, and she was a staunch, aggressive advocate to my case. She was a competent, diligent attorney who was honest, forthwith, and helped me come to the best decision for my child.
I am writing this review in the hope that I can help just one person. Do not hire this lawyer. I am 56 years old and unfortunately have witnessed three divorces within my extended family. Carolyn Baron is out for Carolyn Barone only. She did not represent my brother in an ethical and professional manner. She was at times rude, abrasive and was never prepared and always late.
