Incredibly rude. Go elsewhere
I didn't want to write this review, but I have given Kirsch a fair amount of chances as they genuinely have nice pieces, but I won't be returning there. I'm not asking for a red carpet, but when someone is coming to spend a considerable amount of money by you, treat them with decency and respect. One or two times I can blame rudeness on having a bad day, but when I come to support a Yiddishe store, I shouldn't leave feeling like garbage.
