After many years as a patient, I left . This came about as the result of an accumulation of negative experiences. A feeling of "rush" and that the only thing of real importance was getting to the next patient and the next dollar was pat of it. So was consistent miscommunication on billing. Dr. Kirol's exams in connection with cleaning visits are, at best, cursory. The desk staff stands in serious need of an in-depth training session on interaction with patients. Doctor Doug Kirol and his staff are A++!!! This is the first dentist that I am actually looking forward to seeing every six months. I can’t say enough good things about them! Visit them when you need a dentist and you’ll be hap hap happy you did!!
