Very poor service. I would not recommend this body shop. The manager showed a dismissive attitude throughout the time I interacted with him. In addition to an unusually long repair process, he misinformed the rental car company about my third-party coverage, which created unnecessary problems for me and he refuses to take responsibility for his actions.
Very efficient and reliable.
To be honest am not happy with there service with my car been repair. Surrey Newton location . I will notify my extension insurance BCAA . Kirmac management should do something about my concerned.
Lauren and Nick provided outstanding customer service, advocating for us with Hertz when a problem arose with our rental car, and provided timely updates on the status of our repairs.
