While I never want to have a reason to use Kirmac Collision & Autoglass, I want to give big shoutout to them. Like many, I've had to use Kirmac after I had car accidents and needed my car to be repaired. Both times I've had to use them when I got either hit & run or rear ended, they provided stellar service to ensure the repairs were done correctly and came back as in good as condition as possible. I am very impressed by the level of customer service at this location both during and after the repairs were done. Due to shipping issues, the repairs took longer than anticipated, but Mark was great at keeping the communication open and making sure that I was updated throughout the whole process. The aftercare customer service from Daniel was also exceptional.
