Very Interesting reading the comments below, I was extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with Kirmac's service and would NOT RECOMMEND them or ever use them again ... Abbas provided exceptional service during his time there, very accomadating, and went out of his way to please his customers ,he said I would be in good hands once he left NOT , the service dropped drastically , no one goes out of there way to try accomadate you , or work with you , the organization as a whole shows lack concern for it's regular customers and... read more
Staff went above and beyond in every way possible. From the obvious attention to detail and dedication to top notch craftsmanship. I was blown away by the technicians and painters attention to detal, from perfect body lines to pinless paint and supurb blending. I know white can be a tricky color to match with age and they nailed it perfectly. The staff were even able to get it done sooner than anticipated which I am very greatful for. Thank you all who had a part in the repair and clerical processes. Hats off to you all!!
Wouldn't use Kirmac ever again...When Abbas was ther he did good work for me went out of his way , very accomadating, told me I would be in good hands when he left NOT ... Kirmac is nothing but a huge organization ,that does not care about ther regular customers , it caters on more money the better ,even ICBC wasn't impressed when told one price then turned out completely different... Very disappointing outcome but happy my car will still be repaired by ICBC ...
These guys were actually pretty cool. ICBC wrote off my car, but they were not uptight about me getting the rental back early. The manager there John is a good guy. Opens up shop when expected. Had two good experiences there now. Sadly Vi has moved to head office, but her replacement is actually pretty nice too.
