Dr. Kirlough and the staff were quite nice and were able to fit me in quickly (and in the evening) when I called with some discomfort. Additionally, they were able to squeeze in a full cleaning that same evening.
Everything was great- as usual!!!
Dr Ferrini is very gentle which is very important to me

Dental technician(Crystal) and receptionist were very pleasant and efficient. Dr. Ferrini was very thorough and pleasant. We miss Debbie whom we usually see.

I'm a new patient, and I called on 2-9-16, and a younger sounding girl took the call. She came off as a bit cold and "cocky" with me when I asked her a question, but she recovered well by the end of the call. I don't know if she even knew she was, I usually hang up and go elsewhere, however, I was very comfortable after talking with Dr. Kirlough.
