I can't say enough good things about this shop and the products they sell. They have kept my 25 year old Simplicity vacuum running like a new machine. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for a vacuum.

This us the only place I would buy a sweeper or take one for repair. I have a 35+ year old Compact sweeper which was bought used. It has been serviced only at Kirkwoods and I still use it weekly. I also bought a 2nd one from them someone had traded in. I now have one on each floor. I have bought replacement dusters, bags and other items. Great customer service.

This has been a wonderful local shop in Erlanger. They are formally Kirkwoods, and now have a new name. The name doesn't matter, as it is still the same family owned place that goes above and beyond for all of their patrons

Excellent, HONEST family-owned business! I bought an American made Simplicity years ago and will never buy another brand. They also service sewing machines and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my unit. Furthermore, I have 4 dogs in my house and they have cleaning products that are unmatched to anything else I have tried. I love supporting local businesses and this place gets 5 stars from me!

This is a shop that still cares about it's customers.!! They ask me multiple questions about what type of sweeper I needed and let me try multiple sweepers while I was there. I felt as if they wanted to make sure I purchased what was best for my needs. I would definitely purchase from them again.
