I have been very pleased with Bob's. I had a vacuum serviced at the Erlanger location, and recently a sewing machine serviced at the Florence location. In both instances, they were reasonable, honest and trustworthy. Very happy with the results.

I gave him a really tough job as my macjine was about 40-45 years old and the part was very hard to find. But I really wanted it fixed so he kept looking until he found the part and even though he had to completely tear down and rebuild my machine he did it and charged a very very reasonable price. Kind and friendly customer service! It is a honest and caring company run by Bob and Bonnie Kirkwood who are 2 of the best people out there. You will be customers for life!
I would recommend them to anyone!! Every single part of my experience was a 10/10! I am glad that I finally made my way into their shop to have service done on my vacuum! I ended up with an affordable and much nicer vacuum than the one I was going to have serviced! I am so happy with my experience! I can’t say enough good things!

I went to Bob’s original sweeper shop on Dixie highway and had a great experience. Jesse, who worked at the counter, was very helpful and pleasant to work with. I was looking for a part to fix an older vacuum and left as a very happy customer.
