Attn Parents!!!!!!!! Absolutely do NOT under any circumstances allow your kids especially your daughters to live here. First off the office women are so nasty , rude, yell at YOU not just your kids when you call them. They refuse to answer questions and will hang up on you. If no stars could be given, that would be my rating. Maintenance is probably the only thing saving the village. The office ladies are so rude, even when you walk in with a simple question and a good attitude. They make you feel like a burden. When moving out, don’t even bother to clean, they’ll charge you for it regardless. I lived in an apartment with three others, and the cost to clean our tiny living room was 425… but after I asked, they told me 325. Beware when renting an apartment from here. You will have to clean it before moving in. Then when it comes to moving out, you won’t get all of your deposit back because they will charge you for carpet cleaning, painting, and cleaning fee. And that’s for EACH roommate. Over $200 worth of fees. Even though it was dirty when ya moved in.
I would never live in this apartment again! The staff is all wrapped up in roommate drama. When it came to my charges on my account, they contacted all my roommates and proceeded to tell them my business. I had to reach out to them to get some information about what was going on. They took all my security deposit for damages that were there before I moved in. They also have no cameras, and when someone took off my back bumper, nothing was done about it.
