Underage Son didn’t even sign a lease ( didn’t even receive it by email) and they kept the 400$ deposit for an apartment 8 months out. Extremely shady business. I’d rather be homeless than deal with them. I’d do 0 stars if I could.
Attn Parents!!!!!!!! Absolutely do NOT under any circumstances allow your kids especially your daughters to live here. First off the office women are so nasty , rude, yell at YOU not just your kids when you call them. They refuse to answer questions and will hang up on you. They are so far from helpful it’s not even funny. If no stars could be given, that would be my rating. Maintenance is probably the only thing saving the village. The office ladies are so rude, even when you walk in with a simple question and a good attitude. They make you feel like a burden. When moving out, don’t even bother to clean, they’ll charge you for it regardless. I lived in an apartment with three others, and the cost to clean our tiny living room was 425… but after I asked, they told me 325. Beware when renting an apartment from here. You will have to clean it before moving in. Then when it comes to moving out, you won’t get all of your deposit back because they will charge you for carpet cleaning, painting, and cleaning fee. And that’s for EACH roommate. Over $200 worth of fees. Even though it was dirty when ya moved in.
