Office ladies are very very rude and not helpful at all.
Lived here for 2 years and it was an absolutely terrible experience. The ladies in the office were always nasty to you right away no matter how respectful you were. Security at night messed with you all night long over tiny inconveniences. They bill you for every possible thing they can and charge you extra at the end of the year. Terrible place to stay I would suggest living somewhere else.
Kirkwood village is terrible. The only thing they care about is how much money they can get from you. I rented 2 apartments (at separate times) giving them a second chance. The first apartment was so dirty it took my mother and me 8 hours to clean enough to be livable. Dead bugs, stains in the toilet and bath tub made me sick. Not only that but black MOLD was a constant battle. “ Security” was never helpful they constantly harass you. Very good! Love how close it is to school and good management!!
This place was honestly such a chore to live at. Since the day I moved in, there was problems. Heat went out, needed a new dishwasher, toilet broke and it was fixed half ass three different times, etc. These problems weren’t the only thing that was bad. When contacting the management in general over the phone, they were rude no matter what the phone call was about. I have other tenants who have backed this statement up.
