Barb and I wanted to thank Kirkwood for the great job that they did installing a new heat pump, furnace, humidifier, and water heater this past week. Our heat pump went out late Saturday night after the 9-inch snow storm. Brandon was out within an hour of our call at 10:00 PM, and had brought up the emergency heat by 12:30 AM. Thanks Brad, Jacob, Chuck and Susan for your professionalism and friendliness. What a great job in installing a furnace and air conditioning. They put in all new ducts and cut holes for registers, crawled in a yucky crawl space, scheduled all the permits and much more. You made it so easy for us. We can’t thank you enough for such a great job!

Kirkwood is exactly the kind of company I like - a small, locally owned business that gives the very best service. They recently installed a new furnace and heat pump for me.
