It's just a nice place to live
When moving in in August. Apartment was completely a mess and building too. Elevator did not work for days and is now fithyly. If you are a part of their portal, you will numerous complaints. Building is starting to settle and noticeable cracks in the wall has started to happen. Management takes weeks to get things done and is argumentative. New apartment with old appliances that should not need repair. Luxury living is what they advertise and you will realize it isnât what you are paying for. Not worth the money.
Awesome place to live!
I haven't lived in many Apartments. But, I can truly say that this is the best I've ever experienced! Awesome staff! Spacious units. Great neighbors! Close to interstate and shopping. Fun community events hosted by office staff/management. I couldn't have chose a better place to call home!
Moving in was easy and fast. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Loving my new apartment home.
I'm not sure what type of incentive PP is offering people to write positive reviews about them, but there has to be one. Prairie Pointe is what I like to call a "freshman mistake". If you're considering moving in to these apartments, do not be fooled by the 5 star reviews. I don't even know where to begin with my experiences at prairie pointe. Management is very quick to respond when I have a maintenance problem in my apartment. And I couldn't ask for anymore friendliness and courtesy to be extended towards me. Thank you.
Love having everything right there. Spacious, newer, quite, great location that is by the interstate. Even though I never have been able to partake, I think it's awesome they have events for the residence that live there. I also love trivia, and how we can win local bucks.
The new management has really taken over and made the Reserve On 66th a wonderful place to live. It has become more safe then before, cleaner, and all around amazing. I would recommend anyone to live there. Extremely affordable rates!
