Living here almost 20 years having no major issues the complex is always kept clean, maintenance is very good and the office is available to you to call in. The major issue is parking due to non-resident parking on the premises.

The rent is going up but the conditions in the apartment are not getting better. Just last night I saw 4 mice in my apartment. Theres holes in the walls and gaps in between the floors. Not to mention, there is genuinely not enough parking. They desperately need to build a parking garage or make an additional parking lot. After 4pm on week days the parking is full, and on weekends it’s full all day. You will get a $100 ticket every single time.
