I currently live at Kirkwood Apartments, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. While the rent may seem affordable, it comes with many problems that make living here frustrating. The parking situation is one of the biggest issues. Residents have to pay for parking, yet it’s still difficult to find a space. They also seem very quick to tow vehicles.
