Great service made me feel welcome
High service place
Absolutely cannot recommend this place enough! I ran into an issue that was uncovered during a routine inspection at a different brand-specific dealership in town, whereby my coolant overflow hose had collapsed. Rather than trying to find a solution (knowing that I'm heading on a 3,000km roundtrip to BC and back this Saturday) they said that the part I needed was discontinued and that they couldn't help me - they said I should contact NAPA to try and get the part or something similar. I had a very disappointing experience when I called for a vehicle inspection. I spoke with someone named Russ Kramer. I explained that I needed inspections for three cars, each under a different name, as me, my brother, and my girlfriend were transferring our car loans while buying a house together. Russ was passive-aggressive from the start, and instead of offering guidance, he accused me of being “fishy” for needing the inspections under different names.
