Bad customer service.
One half hour in the shop and I was out with new shoes... Friendly, professional, and prompt.

Pulled in needing emergency assistance, got in fast. Confirmed tire needed replacement, they didn't have inventory here so they hooked me up with their affiliate in Taber, all to get me home to Edmonton tonight. Thank you!!
