I got both my engagement ring and wedding bands at Kirks. Elena helped with both and remembers me every time I walk in. I am always being complimented on the uniqueness of my ring! Best customer service, selection, and honestly the nicest people work there!
facebook didn't exist when my husband bought my wedding ring. It's been 16 years today since he put it on. when I saw it the oath came to a pause because I'd never had anything so beautiful. my expressions just flowed out. After a few years passed I slammed my fingers in a door and it got bent. Without any hesitation Kirk's fixed then cleaned my ring at no charge. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Kirks was able to fix an inherited ring I had. I was so heart broken when it broke. Being able to wear it again was just awesome.
I recently had a custom engagement ring made here at Kirk's, and I must admit I wish I had taken my business elsewhere. They are a decent store with many beautiful pieces, and there is no arguing they have talent and been established in the community. But if they continue having mediocre business practice I don't think their history as a small community business will enable them to compete for long.
