Terrible service, super unhelpful. I don't know how there are so many great reviews on here when both times I've gone in I've been disappointed and frustrated by their customer service.
Great staff, customer service, lots of options! Definitely check them out. Have made new purchases, some repairs, plus Adam did a custom design and remount for a new ring, and some earrings - awesome job!
