I went to adjust my nephew's watch and replace the battery in my watch. They were very kind and patient with my nephew's and his indecisiveness. They guided him with their expertise while making him feel as if he landed on the choice on his own. While changing the battery in my watch they discovered the battery corroded. While cleaning the inside prior to replacing the battery I was provided with recommendations on how to prevent that from happening with my watches. Terrible service, super unhelpful. I don't know how there are so many great reviews on here when both times I've gone in I've been disappointed and frustrated by their customer service.
