Great customer service. They helped me find and size the perfect engagement ring for my now wife.
I went to adjust my nephew's watch and replace the battery in my watch. They were very kind and patient with my nephew's and his indecisiveness. They guided him with their expertise while making him feel as if he landed on the choice on his own. While changing the battery in my watch they discovered the battery corroded. While cleaning the inside prior to replacing the battery I was provided with recommendations on how to prevent that from happening with my watches.
