Had an emergency on the freeway coming home. Dropped my car off for a simple alternator change. The work seemed good but by the time I got home all the wires on the alternator had come loose and completely arched and melted together. Go somewhere else.
Honest person! Great work! We've known him for years and has always done an awesome job. Both my parents and Bill's Mom really like him. Try him out if you haven't already. ;)
Kirk goes by the recommended service from a computer program which is to help make sure he is doing the repairs according to the experts which keeps his prices the same as other shops. He has a lower shop rate than most shops. IE: pretty good prices for most shops. He has done a real good job for our cars over the last 15 years. Thanks Kirk and staff for you service.

Horrible towing bussiness So these guys towed my vehichle approximately .1 mile and maybe had it in there lot for a hole 5 minutes and were complete and blatantly rude when I called asking how much it would cost and tells me right at the first it's 100$ and your lucky I'm letting you off real easy. Not very good business etiquette in my opinion.
quality, quick, helpful, and honest Been there twice now. 1st- rear vertical strut snapped. Was towed and fixed within 24hrs. Believe total price was bout $200 including a 20mile tow on a Saturday. 2nd-needed new brakes, rotars and saftey inspection. Inspection was done first (very smart) found numerous!! fails on my poorly maintained '87 accord and notified me that all maintance needed to pass inspection would be very expensive (more than I paid for my car and what it was worth combined) held my car for free for a day, did ... read more
