Everyone at Kirk's is great! The truly show that customers come first. Everything is thoroughly explained & all options are laid out in a way that is easy for the layperson to understand. I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else for repairs.

I used to hate taking my car into the garage because I was made to feel stupid because I don't know much about cars. However the customer service at Kirk's is always friendly and they don't make me feel like an idiot. Especially when Laura and Kayla are behind the desk! :-)

I will definitely be returning in the future for all of my vehicle needs! Great staff in the garage AND office! Auto care shops could learn a few things from you guys for how to treat a customer with honesty and respect.

It was my first time going to Kirk's, went in for an oil change the staff was very friendly . They gave my car the once over and instead of saying oh you need this and that, they were honest I need tires and an air filter. I will definitely be a return customer.
