For more than 4 months our condo property at Kirkpatrick Farms has had recurring issues with water leaking into our unit (leaking roof). Cardinal Management Group, who is legally responsible for maintaining the exterior (and who we pay $349/month to do this) has refused to properly fix the issue (it leaks every time it rains).
